Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice containing all of the following:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email address required);
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• The exact URL(s) on fapello.ru where the material appears;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are processed promptly, typically within 48 hours. Content that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled.

Counter-notification

If you believe removed material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or sources that repeatedly infringe copyrights are terminated or blocked.
